➤ Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by TheDigiAlly, including but not limited to website development and maintenance, graphic design, social media management, SEO, and Google Maps business services.
➤ Agreement Structure Services are rendered based on a combination of verbal agreements and formal contracts. The specifics of each service agreement, including scope and deliverables, will be outlined in individual contracts with clients.
➤ Payment Terms Payments are typically split into installments, with a portion required in advance and the remainder post-delivery. TheDigiAlly accepts payments via Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, PhonePe, and other payment gateways.
➤ Refund and Cancellation Once a contract is signed, clients are committed to fulfilling the payment terms. There are no provisions for refunds or cancellations, except in circumstances where a contract is lawfully terminated.
➤ Intellectual Property All intellectual property created by TheDigiAlly during the course of service delivery will be the property of the client. However, TheDigiAlly reserves the right to use any general knowledge, experience, skills, and ideas acquired during the project.
➤ Liability and Disclaimer TheDigiAlly is not responsible for any data privacy or security issues that may arise during or after the provision of services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results as previously estimated.
➤ Service Delivery and Timelines Service delivery timelines vary and are finalized upon client agreement. Clients are obligated to provide necessary information for service fulfillment and adhere to payment schedules.
➤ Jurisdiction and Compliance These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. However, given our global service provision, additional legal compliance may be applicable based on the client’s location.
➤ Third-Party Payment Providers By using payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and PhonePe, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set by these third-party providers.
➤ Software Development Services For software development services, standard industry practices will be followed. TheDigiAlly ensures that all software development complies with relevant laws and industry standards.
➤ Changes to Terms TheDigiAlly reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the amended terms.
